MCA #1, Tuesday Evening

Lulu was bustling around the kitchen, preparing various ingredients, while she waited for Liir to show up.

There was a pot of orange spice cocoa on the stove, simmering away, for when he got there. The aroma was wafting through the apartment, and probably out into the hallway, as well.


[For the TA-shaped person, but otherwise open for the roomie, or anyone else who wants to wander by.]

Lulu laughed. "Well, I certainly cooked before coming here. It's just that I've been able to expand the scope of my knowledge since I've been here. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn."

"Oh," he said "That's good, then."

He leaned against the counter.

"Most things here have been new."

"For me as well."

She went silent for a moment, moving over and turning off the food processor. "They're ready, I think," she said. "Go ahead and add them to the rest of the ingredients, then stir them together. We're looking for a fairly stiff dough, something we can work with our hands."

"All right," he said as he did as told.

"I helped one of the students today. I don't think you noticed. He seems to.. well, he seems afraid of the stove."

"Afraid of the stove?" Lulu asked. "It was good of you to help him, Liir; if you would, I'd like you to keep an eye on him as the semester progresses."

She led him through making Oral Sex, and then a chocolate cake, and that was, she though, enough for one night...
