Office Hours, Thursday (10AM-12Noon)

Lulu set the racks of clothing from her class against one wall, set a kettle on to boil water for tea, and set out a plate of cookies for anyone who might come by.

Then she sat down to browse the internet. One could find wonderful clothes online.

[Around for a little bit, then around for daytime tomorrow hopefully, and then busy after about 2PM Eastern tomorrow for work meeting and date.]

"Yes, come in," Lulu called.

"I don't suppose you mind me attending your office hours even though I'm not in your class at the moment, do you?"

Also, he'd missed her.

"Yes," Lulu said, moving over to pour a cup of tea for each of them. "I mind terribly. Please, sit," she added. "How are things? I don't believe we've had a chance to speak since... well. Since Bell."

"I'm... alive, I suppose. That has to count for something."

He did walk in, though, and sit. A moment of fidgeting with his bag produced a smaller bag of baked goods for her. He'd made them up for Millie earlier but he'd saved enough for Miss Lulu, of course.

"How have you been?"

"Thank you, Liir," Lulu said, accepting the small bag. "I have been... well, things have been quiet. Jean-Paul has gone home to deal with a situation there, so I find myself alone in the apartment."

"I can certainly relate," he said quietly as he settled in his chair.

"I just wanted to come by to see you. Mostly to let you know that I'll be heading back to Oz for a few days."

"Oh?" Lulu asked. "Has something come up back home, or are you heading back merely to see how things progress in your absence?"

"I have some hanging business back in Oz," he said sipping carefully at his tea. "Or rather, some familial obligations I should like to fulfill. Or think I should, anyway."
